Our flagship Bordeaux blend, Sentio, is sourced from grapes on the west side of Paso Robles. The nose offers licorice and black currant with notes of anise, cocoa, and vanilla. The mouth is rich with blackberry, cherry, and hints of tobacco and leather. The firm tannins lead to a persistent finish of toasted vanilla oak.
