Our flagship Bordeaux blend, Sentio, is sourced from grapes on the west side of Paso Robles. The nose offers plum and blackberry notes with hints of coffee and tobacco. The mouth is rich with blackberry, plum and licorice with subtle notes of vanilla, toasty oak and cola. The firm tannins lead to a persistent finish revisiting the toasted vanilla oak essence.
