Our flagship Bordeaux blend, Sentio, is sourced from grapes on the west side of Paso Robles. The nose offers plums and black cherries with hints of cassis. The mouth is rich with black cherries and pomegranate with notes of black pepper and dark chocolate. The firm tannins lead to a long finish for this full-bodied wine.
